Dehradun, 17 Oct: The Lok Bhavan family accorded a heartfelt farewell to Governor Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (Retd) on Saturday. On the occasion, officers and employees of Lok Bhavan presented him with a memento as a token of their respect and gratitude.

Addressing the gathering, the Governor said that the five years he had spent in Uttarakhand had passed so quickly that he had hardly realised how time had flown.
