Haridwar, 4 Feb: Governor Lieutenant General Gurmit Singh (Retd) on Wednesday participated as the Chief Guest in the "Bicentenary Celebration of Hindi Journalism" organised by the Press Club, Haridwar. On this occasion, he shared his views on the historical, social and democratic contributions of Hindi journalism.

The Governor said that the continuous and active journey of Hindi journalism for 200 years is a symbol of its depth, commitment and dedication.
