Dehradun/Nainital, 3 Jul: The Uttarakhand High Court has issued a notification announcing transfers and additional charges of several judicial officers. The orders have effected significant changes to the state's judicial system. In this reshuffle, Harish Kumar Goel, Principal Judge of the Family Court in Pauri Garhwal, has been appointed as the new District and Sessions Judge of Dehradun. It may be recalled that the post of Dehradun's district and session judge had been lying vacant for some time. The appointment of Harish Kumar Goel as the new district judge in Dehradun has been made effective immediately.
