Dehradun, Sept. 11 -- Students of Gurukul Kangri University's Dehradun campus have again raised a series of complaints against the university administration, alleging mismanagement, arbitrary decisions and a lack of concern for their academic future. In a memorandum submitted to the interim Vice Chancellor, the students have sought immediate intervention, alleging that a series of administrative decisions have disrupted academic activities at the campus and created uncertainty among students.
