Dehradun, 10 Jul: Governor Lt General Gurmit Singh (Retd) held discussions on Friday at Lok Bhavan with members of the Bharat Himalayan International Strategic Forum (BHISHM) think tank. The meeting was attended by former Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chauhan, along with other senior retired military officers and subject-matter experts.
