Dehradun, 22 Aug: Garhwal Post organised a special programme at Lok Bhawan here, today, with Governor Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (Retd) as the Chief Guest, to commemorate three decades of publication as a newspaper.On this occasion, various dignitaries with significant achievements in their respective fields were also honoured. Former Chief Minister of Uttarakhand and former Governor of Maharashtra Padma Bhushan awardee Bhagat Singh Koshyari was conferred with the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Governor.
