Dehradun, 2 Sep: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami today handed over recognition certificates to 26 minority educational institutions (madrasas) at a ceremony organised by the Uttarakhand State Minority Education Authority at IRDT Auditorium, Dehradun. The event was themed "New Identity, New Respect. Bright Future through Modern Education".
