Dehradun, 2 Mar: District Magistrate Savin Bansal presided over the public hearing programme held at the Collectorate Auditorium here today and directed time-bound and effective redressal of public complaints.

As many as 92 complaints relating to land disputes, demarcation of private land, illegal encroachments, family disputes, financial assistance, fee waiver and medical treatment were submitted to the DM. Taking each grievance seriously, the DM issued strict instructions to departmental officers concerned to ensure qualitative and result-oriented disposal within the stipulated timeframe.
