Dehradun, 4 Aug: Governor Lieutenant General Gurmit Singh (Retd) on Tuesday participated in the "Dialogue for Resolution" programme organised by the Mahavirayatan Foundation at the Lok Bhavan, here. Addressing the gathering, he said that, at a time when the world is facing numerous conflicts and challenges, dialogue remains the most effective and sustainable way to resolve problems.
