Dehradun, 20 Aug: Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) state president Vipul Maindoli today claimed that, under the leadership of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, the Uttarakhand government is working to transform youth from job seekers into job providers and partners in the state's development. In a statement issued today, he also claimed that opportunities are being expanded in education, skills, employment, self-employment, entrepreneurship and sports, with the formation of the state's first Youth Commission serving as a historic step to institutionalise youth participation in policy-making.
