Dehradun, Feb. 2 -- A brutal daylight murder triggered panic and outrage in Dehradun today when a young woman was killed by a man obsessed with her in the crowded Paltan and Machhi Bazaar area. The accused was arrested by the police shortly after the incident. Meanwhile, in a separate but related development, police also arrested the accused involved in the killing of a woman in Rishikesh earlier this week.
According to information received, at around 10.30 a.m., Gunjan, a resident of Govindgarh, had gone to the market for personal work.
