Dehradun, 5 Feb: The Uttarayani Kaithik Mahotsav 2026, organised by the Seva Sankalp Foundation on the theme 'Prosperity through Culture', kicked off at the Parade Ground here today with traditional splendour. The Mahotsav was formally inaugurated by Seva Sankalp Foundation Convener and Founder Trustee and wife of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, Geeta Dhami, marking the beginning of a multi-faceted celebration of Uttarakhand's folk traditions, heritage and cultural ethos.
