Dehradun, 13 Nov: Former BJP state spokesperson Ravindra Jugran has reacted to the recent leadership change in the Uttarakhand Congress, calling it unfortunate for the state that the principal opposition party has turned into a "dead opposition". He said that such leadership changes will not make any difference.
