Dehradun, May 17 -- Six months have passed since Ganesh Godiyal assumed charge as president of the Uttarakhand Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC), but formation of the party's state executive committee is still awaited. As such, Godiyal is left effectively functioning without a full organisational team at a crucial time when the state assembly elections are just a few months away.
