Dehradun, 4 Sep: BJP today accused Congress of attempting to inflame caste-based politics in Uttarakhand, warning that such divisive efforts will not succeed in the land of social harmony. State President and Rajya Sabha MP Mahendra Bhatt said that the party will spread the message of unity and it will ensure that the flames of division do not take hold in Devbhoomi. He cited incidents such as false claims in the Haldwani episode, linking caste to tea cups and instructions to burn Manusmriti as clear signs of Congress's malicious intent.
