Dehradun, 18 Sep: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) today alleged that the Congress leaders are engaged in a race to spread lies and confusion on every issue under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi. It said the Congress leaders' frustration is an indication that the BJP is headed for a hat-trick in Uttarakhand.

BJP state president and Rajya Sabha member Mahendra Bhatt also alleged that the Congress-ruled governments are conspiring to obstruct development in Uttarakhand, while their chief ministers meet the industrialists secretly to attract investment in their respective states.
