Dehradun, 22 Oct: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami performed Gau Mata worship at the cowshed situated within his official residence here, today, on the auspicious occasion of Govardhan Puja. On this occasion, he also prayed for the prosperity, well-being, and collective welfare of the people of Uttarakhand.

Speaking on the significance of the festival, Dhami observed that Govardhan Puja embodies the spirit of nature conservation and the deep bond between humans and animals.
