This is being stated as a significant step towards improving healthcare access in remote and hill regions of the Garhwal division. The project has been initiated by the Graphic Era Institute of Medical Sciences and Hospital, Dehradun, drawing inspiration from the CM's vision of inclusive and accessible healthcare.
