Srinagar (Garhwal), 4 Feb: India's second Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), General Anil Chauhan, will visit Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, here, on 21 February. He will participate in various programmes organised at the university's Chauras campus.
