Dehradun, 30 Jul: Agriculture Minister Ganesh Joshi today reviewed the progress of various schemes being implemented by the Sericulture Department during a meeting with Sericulture Director Pradeep Kumar at his camp office. The Minister also issued necessary directions to the department officials.

During the meeting, the Minister directed officials to undertake a feasibility study for the establishment of a Silk Park at Haldwani in Nainital district of the Kumaon region to promote the sericulture industry in the state.
