Dehradun, 28 Aug: Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge has approved with immediate effect the appointments of newly designated office-bearers under the leadership of Abhinav Thapar in the Uttarakhand Pradesh Congress Committee's social media department.

Senior Congress spokesperson and advocate Abhinav Thapar has been active in the Congress party organisation for a long period now and has served in various positions in NSUI, Youth Congress and the Pradesh Congress Committee.
