Dehradun, 15 Apr: Fifty "SWIFT Schools" will be established across the state by the School Education Department. For this purpose, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between the Education Department and ConveGenius Foundation. Under this initiative, modern technology-enabled digital infrastructure will be developed in these schools to ensure the holistic development of students. Additionally, ConveGenius Foundation, in collaboration with Amazon Web Services, will distribute 1000 laptops to students. The department has already selected the schools for this initiative and has instructed officials to ensure the early operationalisation of SWIFT Schools.
