Ganta, Nimba County, Sept. 21 -- The Ministry of Transport has officially broken ground for a new county office in Ganta City, Nimba County as part of a nationwide decentralization drive to take government services closer to Liberians.

The colorful ceremony on [insert date] brought together national and county officials, local leaders and residents to witness the start of the construction for the Ministry's Nimba County Office.

The project is one in a series of county and regional offices planned to improve access to transport services and administration outside Monrovia.
