MONROVIA, Nov. 13 -- The National Bureau of Concessions Director General-Designate Hanson S. Kiazolu has vowed to conduct an impartial diagnosis of NBC's entire system to identify the institution's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.

Speaking during his confirmation hearing on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, Mr. Kiazolu told members of the Senate Committee on Concession and Investment that the system diagnosis findings will be used to inform his decision in terms of proactive engagement of the system for desired results.
