Liberia, Jan. 12 -- The Supreme Court of the Republic of Liberia is expected to entertain arguments into an appeal filed by Wilmot Smith, former Deputy Director General for Information Coordination at the Liberia Institute of Statistics and Geo-Information Services (LISGIS) on today, Monday, January 12, 2026.
According to an official Notice of Assignment issued by the nation's highest Court, arguments in the matter, a civil case for alleged damages for wrong by attachment, is scheduled at 11:00 a.m., same being the October the Court's October Term, A.D. 2025.The notice was signed and sealed on January 7, 2026, by Cllr. Sam Mamulu, Clerk of the Supreme Court of Liberia.
