Liberia, Aug. 20 -- A wired phone call from a fugitive American informant is what investigators say sealed the case against Jewel Howard-Taylor - pulling Liberia's former First Lady and Vice President into the largest drug prosecution in the country's history, and testing President Boakai's promise that "no office is too high" for the law to reach.
