Liberia, July 9 -- he Press Union of Liberia (PUL) has strongly cautioned actors in government against transforming their institutions into "attack dogs" in the arena of public information dissemination.

Delivering remarks on Wednesday, July 8 at the launch of the Open Media House at the National Fisheries and Aquaculture Authority (NaFAA), PUL President Julius Kanubah emphasized the need for a proactive and responsible approach to public communication.
