Monrovia, Nov. 14 -- President Joseph Nyuma Boakai has described graduates of the Gabriel L. Dennis Foreign Service Institute as Liberia's "national asset," charging them to represent the country with integrity, wisdom, and distinction on the global stage.
The Liberian leader made the statement on Wednesday at the 71st Graduation Ceremony of the prestigious Foreign Service Institute, held at the Ellen Johnson Sirleaf Ministerial Complex in Congo Town.
