Liberia, Aug. 17 -- COMPOUND 3, GRAND BASSA COUNTY - Beneath rusted zinc roofs and ceilings marked by years of deterioration, children attending schools operated by the Liberia Agriculture Company (LAC) have been learning in conditions that parents and teachers say are unsafe, unhygienic and unfit for a modern learning environment.
