Monrovia, Oct. 13 -- The National Lottery Authority (NLA) under the leadership of Peter L. Solo as Director General has taken a significant step in supporting youth empowerment and education by purchasing and presenting a plane ticket to Harris N.K. Mulbah, an orphan who has been granted the opportunity to pursue higher education in the People's Republic of China.

The symbolic presentation was made by the Deputy Director General for Administration, Ennish L. Fahnbulleh, at the NLA Headquarters on Friday, October 10, 2025.

Speaking during the brief, but meaningful ceremony, Mr. Fahnbulleh described the gesture as part of the NLA's broader commitment to its corporate social responsibility and national development.
