Monrovia, Sept. 18 -- The National Commission on Higher Education (NCHE) has announced the temporary lifting of the suspension earlier imposed on AVEEM University College, allowing the institution to resume academic and administrative operations under strict provisional supervision.

In a communication dated September 16, 2025, and signed by NCHE Executive Director, Prof. Edward Lama Wonkeryor, the Commission said the decision followed a recent reassessment exercise and review of AVEEM's compliance with key recommendations issued after deficiencies were earlier flagged.
