Monrovia, Oct. 13 -- The Kakata Rural Teacher Training Institute (KRTTI) has begun harvesting 3.8 hectares of lowland rice on its campus in support of the Government of Liberia's ARREST Agenda-specifically its agriculture pillar-in Kakata, Margibi County.
