Monrovia - The cargo vessel at the center of Liberia's widening drug-trafficking scandal, the IB Atlantic IV, has been arrested in Ivory Coast and is now in the custody of Ivorian security authorities, bringing a dramatic turn to a chase that has consumed the country's maritime agencies for more than a week.
