MONROVIA, Oct. 8 -- Global Tracking & Maritime Solutions Liberia Inc. (GTMS Liberia) has instructed lawyers to begin civil and criminal proceedings against two men it accuses of falsely presenting themselves as senior officers of the company, while warning the public, customers and business partners to have no dealings with them.

The company named the men as Presley S. Tenwah and Elvis D. Johnson. In a statement, management said it was alarmed by their purported appointments as General Manager-Liberia and as Public Relations Executive and Operations Manager, respectively.
