Liberia, July 9 -- The Government of Liberia(GoL), through the Ministry of Justice, has withdrawn and dismissed all criminal charges against Jasper White, Director for Land Transport at the Ministry of Transport in Liberia in a case before the Monrovia Traffic Court involving an alleged fraudulent application for a vehicle registration certificate.

According to a Clerk's Certificate issued by the Monrovia Traffic Court on July 6, the prosecution entered a nolle prosequi, formally ending the criminal proceedings against White.

The case, captioned Republic of Liberia by and through the Ministry of Justice versus Jasper White, was assigned before Acting Traffic Court Judge Anthony S. Doyah. White had been accused of fraudulent application...
