Liberia: Cassell Kouh Faces US$50,000 Debt Claim After Alleged Failure to Honor Court Payment Deal
Liberia, Sept. 8 -- Monrovia-Businessman Cassell Anthony Kuoh is facing a US$50,000 action of debt before the Debt Court for Montserrado County after allegedly failing to honor a payment arrangement he entered into with businessman Atef Aidebi in July 2026.

Court documents reviewed by FrontPageAfrica show that the dispute stems from an alleged US$70,000 loan Aidebi says he extended to Kuoh in 2024.
According to the complaint filed before the Debt Court, Kuoh repaid US$20,000, leaving an alleged outstanding balance of US$50,000.
The case took a more formal turn on July 13, when Kuoh and Aidebi entered into a written payment stipulation at the Debt Court.
