Monrovia, Sept. 8 -- The Booker Washington Institute (BWI) Class of 1987-1990, in collaboration with Villanova University, on September 2, 2025, donated a 40-foot shipping container of assorted school materials to BWI in Kakata, Margibi County.

The container, presented to BWI Principal Mrs. Nancy Freeman by Mr. Abu Dekontee Sanso, Regional Director (BWI) Class of 1987-1990) contained desks, chairs, tables, bookcases, whiteboards, and other essential supplies sourced from Villanova University in the United States of America.

According to Mr. Sanso, the initiative was spearheaded by the Class of 1987-1990 as a way of giving back to their alma mater and supporting BWI's mission to prepare students for college, technical and vocational care...
