Gbarnga, Aug. 13 -- (6 August 2025 -Gbarnga, Bong County) - The launching has taken place in Gbarnga, Bong County of the Central Bank of Liberia nationwide financial education campaign and the promotion of the Pan African Payment and Settlement System, PAPSS, the seamless cross-border transactions amongst African Countries.
