GBARNGA, Sept. 17 -- Bong County Attorney Jonathan Flomo has reignited a long-standing debate over how Liberia's justice system handles road fatalities, calling on the Liberia National Police to sharpen its investigative approach to fatal crashes and to seriously weigh criminal charges, including homicide, in cases where reckless or negligent driving results in loss of life.
