Monrovia, Oct. 24 -- Sekou Kalasco Damaro, special aide to ex-President George Manneh Weah, has given the administration of President Joseph Nyuma Boakai a failing grade, scoring it four out of ten for its performance since taking office.

Appearing Thursday morning on the Liberia Broadcasting System (LBS), Damaro said the Boakai-led government has failed to meet the expectations of Liberians nearly two years into its tenure.

"For the last two years, I will grade the Boakai-led government four out of ten," Damaro said. "We've had a transition, and we have to grade the country based on that. I believe the four that were given to the government in the last two years - nothing will change."
