Monrovia, Oct. 13 -- The Deputy Minister of Industry at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Andrew Paygar Flangiah Sr., has said the task of rebuilding Liberia requires the active involvement of every citizen.

Serving as guest speaker on Saturday, October 11, 2025 at the 11th Graduation Ceremony of O' Nance International Christian School situated at the 72nd Junction in Paynesville, outside Monrovia, Deputy Minister Flangiah urged the graduates and the broader public to take ownership of national development.

He stressed that rebuilding Liberia is not solely the responsibility of the Government of Liberia (GoL), but a collective duty of all Liberians.
