COLOMBO, Aug. 5 -- Visiting Indian Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri told representatives of Tamil political parties on Wednesday (5) that India is ready to move ahead without delay on economic development projects in Sri Lanka, but that implementation has been slowed by coordination issues on the Sri Lankan side.
