COLOMBO, Sept. 28 -- The Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) is seeking a cybersecurity professional to strengthen its defences against advanced cyber threats, including ransomware, phishing and sophisticated financial fraud campaigns.

The Central Bank has advertised a three-year contract position for a Red Team Specialist to enhance its proactive threat intelligence, network defence and cyberattack simulation capabilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting intelligence-led red team operations and proactive cyber threat-hunting missions to identify vulnerabilities and assess the bank's resilience against real-world attacks.
