India, Feb. 25 -- Late Malayalam actor-writer-filmmaker Sreenivasan has had a profound impact on the careers of his contemporaries, purely by the powerful characters he has crafted for them. Urvashi and Jayaram are also actors who owe some of their best characters to him. So their absence during Sreenivasan's funeral had sparked much debate online, and Jayaram especially was at the receiving end of much criticism. But Urvashi has now cleared the air on why they could not attend the legend's funeral as they were caught up in a crucial stage of shooting.
