India, Nov. 5 -- The first poster for the upcoming Malayalam movie, which stars Keerthy Suresh and Antony Varghese Pepe, was released today (November 5). Its name, Thottam, which translates to "grove" or "garden" in Malayalam, has also been announced through this poster.
