India, March 1 -- The Matrix 5 was confirmed two years back in April 2024, but there was no clear update since. Now, director Drew Goddard has revealed that the movie is very much in the works. However, there is still no clarity on the cast. Although most are expected to return, Priyanka Chopra might not be revived for the movie, unless the makers have a different plan.
