India, Oct. 17 -- Arjun Bijlani has won Ashneer Grover-hosted Rise And Fall. The actor, who was among the highest paid contestants on the show, has lifted the trophy and won a cheque of Rs. 28 lakh 10 thousand at the recently held Rise And Fall Grand Finale, which brought back all the contestants on the show this season.
