India, Oct. 3 -- On October 3, on the occasion of Rachita Ram's birthday, the team of her upcoming film Landlord revealed a first-look teaser, which features the actress in a raw and rustic avatar. The film's written and directed by Jadeshaa K Hampi, who's last was Challenging Star Darshan's Kaatera. This time around, he's got Duniya Vijay in the lead, while Raj B Shetty is the antagonist. When the film was officially announced and the first poster came out, it had sparked comments that the filmmaker was making yet another Kaatera.
