India, Sept. 15 -- Little Hearts is a blockbuster hit at the box office and is in no mood to slow down despite biggies like Mirai hitting the screens. Slated to be an OTT release initially, Little Hearts has ended as a surprise hit and has grossed just over Rs 40 crore.
