India, Aug. 31 -- The Netflix docuseries Death of the Pastor's Wife has brought renewed scrutiny to the troubled marriage of South Carolina pastor John-Paul "JP" Miller and Mica Miller, with allegations of repeated infidelity emerging from accounts by Mica's friends and relatives. Mica died by suicide in April 2024, shortly after filing for divorce.
Allegations of repeated affairs
According to the documentary, people close to Mica alleged that JP had multiple extramarital relationships, including an alleged affair involving another member of Solid Rock Church in Myrtle Beach, where he was pastor. They claimed the alleged infidelity, alongside what they described as controlling behaviour, contributed to Mica's decision to end the marriage....
